Simon Anderson has spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of emerging technology and executive strategy, helping leadership teams and business owners around the world navigate constant change.

He will be the first to tell you that no one can predict the future. But readiness can be developed, and that is exactly what he helps leaders do. In 2012, Simon co-authored the award-winning Foresight 20/20, on how technological and societal shifts reshape entire industries. That work became the starting point for Be Future Ready® and the approach he teaches today.
